I am a home care advisor in Charlotte NC, and I am popularly known as the PANINI WOMAN who helps to peel away stress for the sandwich generation or the person who has to work or run a business, work full time, takes care of family and their aging parents. My mission is to make life easier for family caregivers, help to keep clients to stay at home as long as possible, reduce healthcare cost as much as possible and to help family caregivers keep sane at home. My vision is to build the bridge that will help America transform the elder care cliff through successful home and community based, caregiving, elder care work-place programs, and long-term care policy development.

I work with families to help provide respite care for caregivers to allow them to take time off to breath, go to the gym, visit with friends, go to church, take a vacation or just to have the peace of mind while at work knowing that their loved one is being taking care of in the comfort of their own homes thriving instead of being in an institution.

I offer the gift of time to them for 8, 12 or 24 hours/day to manage the daily care of their loved one; for the personal care, meal preparation, laundry, medication reminders, doctor’s appointments, housekeeping, errands, and supervision.
I am a Registered Nurse with more than three decades of experience, a published author, speaker, minister, Christian women mentor, and a hands-on nurse entrepreneur of my own personal care agency.

I am also the lead pastoral care nurse at Gentle Shepherd Care providing pastoral and grief support for the bereaved.
